OEM/ODM: Launching Your Own Smart Lock Brand, Step by Step
You do not need to be a lock engineer — or order a container — to launch a smart lock line under your own brand. Here is how the process works with a source factory like Xianda.
Step 1 — Position your line
Pick 2–4 models covering different price points: for example one flagship face recognition lock (X11 or HP02), one mainstream Tuya video model (DF1), and one entry Bluetooth handle lock (DF6). We share market data on what sells in Latin America, the Middle East, Brazil and Israel.
Step 2 — Test samples on real doors
Sample orders have no minimum quantity. Install them on local doors, test the Tuya app in your language and run your own quality checks.
Step 3 — Brand it
- Logo printing on the lock panel — MOQ only 30 pcs.
- Custom gift-box packaging with your brand and language — MOQ 200 pcs.
- System language and firmware options configured for your market.
Step 4 — Production, QC and shipping
Every batch goes through salt-spray, impact, temperature and full-function testing before packing. We arrange shipping documents and provide spare parts with the shipment so your service team is ready from day one. A one-year warranty and WhatsApp technical support back every order.
